Failure to complete payment within 72 hours for any item (unless agreed otherwise with the seller of the item) may result in the buyer being banned from buynznaturally and/or the order being cancelled.

When a successful purchase has been made the buyer is responsible for making relevant communications with the seller, in order to complete the transaction.

The buyer is responsible for making payment to the seller of the item using the method specified by the seller, for example PayPal.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring their postage address is specified correctly when making a purchase on buynznaturally.

We reserve the right to ban any user that we determine to be in breach of any of these conditions or to be using buynznaturally in any unsuitable manner.
